- Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – FREE (automatic on all orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (alternative tracked option)
Free shipping applies at checkout with no minimum order. Estimates may vary due to location, holidays, carrier schedules, or high-volume periods.
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders usually process and ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery after shipping:
- Express: 3-6 business days
- Standard/Free: 7-14 business days
We ship nationwide to all 50 states from our US warehouse.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii? Yes! We ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska, and Hawaii. Delivery to remote areas may take a bit longer.
What if my package is delayed, damaged, or lost? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll track it with the carrier or resolve quickly (replacement, refund, or credit).

How do I care for my notebooks or pens? Store notebooks flat to avoid curling. For pens, keep caps on to prevent drying; refillable ones can be cleaned with water or pen cleaner. Avoid extreme heat or direct sunlight to maintain ink quality.
Returns & Refunds What is your return policy? 30-day returns for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item.
How do I request a return or exchange? Email support@idest-communication.com with your order number, reason, and photos if needed. We'll provide instructions and a return label if approved.
